We use data based on NREL's ResStock - the U.S. Department of Energy's comprehensive residential building stock model with validated energy calculations and real climate distributions.
Our machine learning algorithm finds homes with similar energy patterns by analyzing building characteristics, climate zones, and energy usage from real U.S. residential data.
Discover how your energy usage compares with similar homes and get personalized recommendations based on ResStock's validated building energy models.
ResStockβ’ is a highly granular, bottom-up model of the U.S. residential building stock developed by the National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR) for the U.S. Department of Energy. It combines multiple data sources including the Residential Energy Consumption Survey (RECS), statistical sampling methods, and advanced building energy simulations to represent the entire U.S. housing stock circa 2018.
